Mentorship 2022
The 2022 TPSF Online Mentorship programme ran between April and November 2022 and counted with 6 pairs of mentors and mentees who held remote mentorship with regular online meetings. Mentors & mentees decided themselves on their meetings frequency and duration, as well as topics to be discussed.
The duos discussed topics of science and career advice and some are even developing small research projects, even with the 2022 programme officially concluded. The general feedback is very positive and all mentees stated the programme had a strong impact on their career.
